John Kerry a Traitor Then and NowEarl Kirby, July 24, 2007 John Kerry was a traitor during the Viet-Nam war and he is a traitor to his county again during the Iraq war. He may be an excellent Senator for the state of Massachusetts but he is a horrible Senator for the United States. After leaving Viet-Nam and well still a member of the Naval Reserve Officer Corps John Kerry traveled to Paris where he negotiated with the North Vietnamese without the approval or authority of the United States Government. He proudly admits it, openly and without any hint of remorse. The fact is that as a card carrying member of the Navy Reserve Mr. Kerry was still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice. His act was an act of treason. Political correct that statement may not be, but it is the truth. Why not one US Attorney has had the guts to prosecute him is beyond me. The fact is he committed treason and got away with it. \ Another fact is that the war had been won militarily when we went to the Paris peace talks. Interviews with the Vietnamese 20 years after the war bear this out. They admit that they where defeated but knew if they could hold out just a little longer the anti-war elements in the United States would force us to give up Because of the efforts of John Kerry and others like him the United States gave up on victory despite the sacrifice of thousands in the effort to win the war. Today, John Kerry repeats the same old, worn out, mantra of how we can not win a war against an insurgency. Anyone who states the United States can not win a war any where in the world today is either an idiot or a liar. I don’t think Kerry is an idiot. Therefore he must be lying. There is no force on earth capable of standing up to the power of the United States Military if we decide to use it. Osama Bid Laden has stated that if the US uses the same determination and effort as we used in WW2 there is no way he can defeat us. He also states we won’t have the determination or expend the effort and therefore he will win. John Kerry just helps him and other enemies of the United States win. That is treason. I hereby call for Mr. Kerry’s arrest and prosecution for high crimes against the United States of America.
