| Illegal Immigration Is Illegal Earl Kirby Mar 20, 2007 Duh... what part of illegal doesn't out elite leaders and media get. Over and over we hear that we just can't do anything about 12 million illegal's in the country. There are just to many of them for us to deport and even if we could the economical impact would be to great. With all due respect we elect people to office's which pay goodly sums of money in order for them to do their jobs. Their jobs are to enforce the laws that we have on the books. Today Neil Cavetto of Fox News fame stated that he really doesn't believe there is huge support for such enforcement. That bottom line is most folks want to have their cheap prices caused by the cheap labor for business. He is just one of many voices of the media claiming there is no support for enforcement. The sad truth is he and others that support such views are in fact law breakers themselves. They with their constant support of illegal activities are accessories to the crime. If we allow for the disregard for the immigration laws how can we demand compliance with other laws. Hey, I don't think its should be a law that says I can't go as fast as I feel is safe on the road. I feel I should have the right to smoke as much dope as I want as long as I'm not hurting anyone else. I don't think minors should be called minors at 14 and 15 and I should be allowed to interact with them in any way I want. Sorry, it just doesn't work that way. We as citizens of the country are required to follow the laws. We have the right to attempt changing them through the legislative and legal systems but until they are changed we are required to follow them. It doesn't matter that it might be inconvient or might be more expensive. Sorry guys, illegal is illegal and we need to send all of the illegal's straight to jail until we deport them.
